I made this for myself many years ago for a play, wore it once, and it's been in the closet ever since. Made of a poly felt, skirt has a side nylon zip.
Has a store bought poodle applique and leash. The small dot of glue you see on the felt is from where the leash was tacked down, but came loose from.
Skirt is in excellent next to new condition. Don't miss out on this one for your collection.
