Internet customers please note -- in the summer months old-clothes.com is on the road and away from home base attending car shows -- showing her baby "Junior Brown" and selling dresses across the East Coast and Midwest. There WILL be a delay in us getting back to your questions & getting things shipped to you in a timely manner. If you are in a rush for an item in the summertime, the best way to get it is to come see us at a show (refer to posted schedule on homepage for where we're headed this summer.)

We are sorry for the trouble this may cause you, but we love the car shows and we love meeting our customers face-to-face!

Shipping and handling is based on a flat rate system, depending on the dollar amount of your order.
So you will get more bang for your shipping buck by ordering more than one item!

OUR RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
ALL RETURNS ARE TREATED BY WAY OF STORE CREDIT
NO REFUNDS OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES.
NO RETURNS/CREDIT ON SALE ITEMS!

IN THE EVENT NO EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE WE CHARGE A 12.5% RESTOCKING FEE.

We offer a layaway plan!
A 25% deposit is required, then we arrange for payment to be made either weekly or bi-monthly, over the course of either one month or two.
(no Layaways will be carried over for more than 2 months).
For example: you want $200.00 worth of items on layaway, you pay $50.00 up front, and then the balance of $150.00 will be divided up two or four ways to be paid over the course of four to eight weeks.
Pretty simple, we figure when you get a paycheck, we can get paid!

Sorry, we do not accept PayPal on layaway transactions.

International, and large/heavy items (such as wedding dresses, coats and high volume orders) can contact me first for a shipping quote,
or you may use the checkout now and wait for an invoice for any excess shipping charges.


Remember, shipping outside of the United States will be higher.
